Training Course Outline
Course Description
The world today is constantly evolving. Yet the management of change is often seen as a stand-alone discipline, not integrated with the day to day. Projects continuously shift, new systems, policies, processes, ways of working, as well as the impact of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is all change. Whether it is the management of an evolving project, the implementation of a new system and process, or the management of a continuous changing environment, it must be planned and supported. There is a well repeated mantra that goes, ‘70% of change programs fail’ (McKinsey Quarterly November 2025). However, with the right planning and support, your chance of success will increase. Whether it is the management of an evolving project, the implementation of stand-alone change or the management of a continuous changing environment, then this course will help you to manage change and maximise your chances for success.
