Consultancy Services Outline

Background

The world today is constantly evolving. Yet the management of change is often seen as a stand-alone discipline, not integrated with the day to day. Projects continuously shift, new systems, policies, processes, ways of working, as well as the impact of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is all change. Whether it is the management of an evolving project, the implementation of a new system and process, or the management of a continuous changing environment, it must be planned and supported.

There is a well repeated mantra that goes, ‘70% of change programs fail’ (McKinsey Quarterly November 2025). However, with the right planning and support, your chance of success will increase. Nasmyth CRC, supports organisations specialising in clinical research and the charity sector, with the implementation of successful change management initiatives, turning change into measurable successful outcomes.
